Dual-circuit Cooler For High-precision Plasma Automatic Welding
Aug 12, 2025|
Hanli SCH-2000 adopts an independent dual-circuit cooling system. As a high-performance cooling device designed for plasma automatic welding systems, it can significantly enhance the stability of the welding process, arc performance, and the service life of the welding torch. It is especially applicable to industrial welding scenarios with stringent requirements for cooling accuracy and equipment reliability. The SCH-2000 ensures constant water temperature and sufficient flow in the loop through optimized waterway design (such as anti-clogging precision filters and high-lift water pumps) and real-time flow monitoring, keeping the nozzle temperature within a safe threshold. This extends the service life of vulnerable parts and ensures that the arc is always in the optimal working state.
A stable supply of cooling capacity ensures that the output of the welding power source is continuously accurate, with small fluctuations in arc voltage/current and uniform molten pool temperature. Ultimately, it achieves beautiful weld formation, no undercut/unfused defects, and meets mechanical performance standards (such as high-strength joints required for aerospace and pressure vessel welding).
Real-time monitoring of cooling water temperature and key component temperatures is carried out through high-precision temperature sensors, fundamentally reducing thermal damage and extending the service life of the welding torch.
The SCH-2000 is suitable for various plasma welding scenarios with strict requirements for cooling accuracy:
Pipeline/pressure vessel welding: Ensures stable molten pools and good backside formation when welding thick-walled materials, meeting high-pressure standards such as ASME and GB.
Aerospace precision component manufacturing: Controls the heat-affected zone of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy welding to a minimum, ensuring joint strength and fatigue life.
Automobile parts production lines: Improves the efficiency and consistency of automated welding of drive shafts, wheel hubs, etc., and reduces the rejection rate.
Mold repair and surfacing: Maintains uniform hardness and firm bonding of the surfacing layer through precise temperature control, extending the service life of the mold.
Hanli SCH-2000 chiller relies on precise dual-circuit cooling. It not only solves the common problems of traditional cooling schemes, such as large temperature fluctuations, high energy consumption, and high failure rates, but also fundamentally improves arc stability, consistency of welding quality, and equipment reliability. Ultimately, it achieves a significant extension of the welding torch's service life, an increase in production efficiency, and a reduction in comprehensive operation and maintenance costs.
