2. Coating industry
A. Vacuum guide film: Medium frequency vacuum coating machine usually uses a chiller as the cooling equipment of the coating machine (mainly cylindrical target) - the medium frequency equipment must be added with cooling water. The reason is that there are many currents with high frequencies. The current has a skin effect when the conductor flows, the charge is concentrated on the conduction, there is a surface area, and the heat is conducted, so the orifice tube is used to add water in the middle of the conductor to cool.
B. Ion coating: surface treatment of watch parts, accessories, jewelry, daily hardware, water temperature equipment, craft accessories, plastic products, sanitary cleaning, locks, lamps, tableware and other products. The ionization source requires heating to start at the initial operation, cooling to work and cooling system failure may damage the deviation source. The cooling water must be cooled by a cooling channel within the ion source with a high-pressure pump.
C. Coated glass: usually requires a large chiller, usually combined with multiple screw refrigerators. The coating line is heated to a certain temperature before operation, and after start-up, it generates heat on its own, so it is necessary to maintain a low temperature through chilled water cooling.
3. Electronic product industry
In the circuit board manufacturing process, by corroding the copper on the surface of the copper plate, heat can be generated, so that the temperature of the corrosion pool rises, affecting the quality of the circuit board, and an industrial chiller can also be used to protect the temperature of the corrosion pool.
Circuit board cleaning: industrial chiller can reduce the temperature of the cleaning agent, condense the gas cleaning agent, and effectively prevent the volatilization of the cleaning agent.
Electronic components, circuit board cleaning, cleaning agent volatilize in the air, through-hole water/refrigerant in the tube through the copper/titanium tube condensation cleaning agent, the cleaning agent maintains a constant temperature, reduce the volatility of the cleaning agent.
4. Glass industry
Generally, the glass is heated to a high temperature and cooled quickly, and the cooling water temperature should not be too high. Otherwise, the reinforcement quality will be affected. Industrial chillers are used to provide chilled water for cooling, and the water temperature does not like the influence of ambient temperature to ensure product quality.
5. Pharmaceutical and biological products industry
The production and storage process requires a low temperature and low humidity environment. The low-temperature chiller can use ethanol as a loading refrigerant, provide 5 ~-15 refrigeration liquid, and provide the cold source required for low humidity. When air conditioning is still needed in winter, the machine is equipped with a special control system to keep it cold at temperatures as low as -15.
