Chiller is a cooling water equipment that can provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure. The temperature of the chiller return water, it is better not to be higher than 40 degrees, the higher the return water temperature, the greater the damage to the compressor. The choice of screw chiller should be considered according to the cooling load and use. To withstand the refrigeration system with a long working time under low load operating conditions, it is advisable to choose a multi-head plug compressor unit or screw compressor unit to facilitate scheduling and energy saving.
Whether it is an air-cooled industrial chiller or a water-cooled industrial chiller, its cooling capacity is further increased with the chilled water outlet temperature, and then reduced with the ambient inlet air temperature. This is because when the chilled water outlet temperature advances, the transpiration pressure of the corresponding screw chiller advances, the suction specific volume decreases, and the refrigeration capacity per unit volume and the refrigeration capacity of industrial chillers increase.
When the ambient temperature advances, the condensation pressure in the industrial chiller cooling system advances, because the transpiration temperature does not change, its suction specific volume also remains unchanged, the air delivery coefficient of the chiller is reduced, and the refrigeration capacity per unit mass is reduced, so the refrigeration capacity of the industrial chiller is also reduced.
