To build an efficient laser welding workstation, three core requirements must be addressed simultaneously: space-saving compact design, stable temperature control, and precise welding performance. These three factors collectively determine the overall efficiency and reliability of the workstation. To this end, Hanli has developed the SY Series Integrated Chillers as a targeted solution to these pain points through innovative integrated design. This series deeply combines a "high-performance industrial chiller" with an "enclosure custom-designed for housing laser sources". It not only eliminates the need for separate installation space for chillers and laser sources required in traditional solutions, but also ensures the collaborative stability between devices through its integrated structure.

 

The SY-1500/2000/3000 models adopt an integrated design. The water chiller control system is highly integrated, and when equipped with a handheld laser, it forms a lightweight and movable all-in-one handheld laser welding machine. Equipped with universal wheels at the bottom and a front handle, it can be easily moved to the processing site of various application scenarios, featuring more convenient use and smaller space occupation. it is compatible with a variety of mainstream lasers, such as Raycus, IPG , Max,Reci and BWT, it adopts a dual-temperature and dual-control system, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. It is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including compressor delayed start-stop protection, water temperature alarm, and overcurrent protection. The controller allows for personalized adjustment of water temperature. The product is matched with high-efficiency and energy-saving refrigeration components, ensuring more stable performance, with large cooling capacity and environmentally friendly refrigerants
